Billytoon

Billytoon is a cartoon character from the mind of D. Borkel. He represents the essence of what music is, the emotions behind it, and what it does for us as oppose to the sound of it. He is a teacher and student of life and a teller of stories. We are looking to tell part of his story in a feature length film.
